Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon, Goa

Beautiful large double room with stunning sea view (room upgrade was very appreciated). Good food quality both breakfast with huge variety and at C2C restaurant. Prompt loundry service. Rooftop pool was amazing although more sunbeds and better bar service are required (indeed rooftop bar wasn't open yet). Reception and restaurant staff were careful and highly professional; in fact they provided us professional driver for a couple of days with a good value for money. Nice sea view at Vanguinim beach, in front of Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage. We had a very tasty lunch at the Cafe de Azul Restaurant. Appreciated fast caddy transfer from the hotel.

Wonderful location and facilities in the Taj Horizon . Staff were really kind to help surprise my wife on her birthday . What really stood out for me was the warmth with which all staff spoke to us , be it room service or breakfast or general concierge or reception folks . Will definitely be back here and recommend Taj to other friends as well .

Very clean and comfortable with a good range of facilities, super comfortable beds and a great breakfast buffet. Fabulous view in the sea facing rooms - thank you for the upgrade! Staff was EXCELLENT and so courteous - we travelled with our Grandma and Taj helped us celebrate her birthday by decorating her room and giving us a complimentary pastry. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay. Shout out to staff we interacted with - Reception - Ayush, Maulashree, Fleur, Kitchen - Aishwarya, Anastasia, Dhriti, Gaurang, Security - Ratan.

The views are breathtakingly beautiful. I cannot express how much they completely steal the show. The rest is a bonus. The staff are lovely, check in is quick enough, although they did take my 4 yr old's ID which is unusual. The pools are wonderful but the basement one is much quieter than the deck, so always nice not to be busy. The food is lovely, drinks are expensive but nice

Stunning Resort. Every minute since you enter the premises is just constant service and pampering! The entering of hotel is greeted by a traditional necklace and a refreshing fruit drink. The check-in is done by a sit-down service at the very entrance as they immediately approach you. No standing in line or reception service, it’s absolutely organised as though they are welcoming you into their home. As you sit on a comfy couch sipping your cold freshly squeezed fruit drink. The service comes to take you to your room while explaining everything along the way. They accommodate absolutely anything you need and think two steps ahead for you. The room i had was a sea-view and i received an upgrade, you can see the photo attached. Every single thing in the room is automated via a button. From different ambient lighting in the room and bathroom, mirror, shower, tub, shades on window, shade on bathroom window to all electronics and the DND and CleanUp service for room. Everything in room is impeccable and clean and comfortable… absolutely fantastic experience. The bathroom is amazingly clean and really well designed with shower, bath and toilet all separated. All possible toiletries are already in the bathroom nothing needed to pack. From shaving foam and razors to toothbrush and toothpaste. Also there are alot of designer lotions, soaps and creams in bathroom. The premesis of hotel is huuuge! I really couldn’t do justice for this hotel by just writing a review so you will definitely need to come here… this place feels like a different world from where it’s located. My recommendation for anyone really as i saw youn and old, children, business people, they have everything for everyone!
